In line with all accommodation providers in Wales we are currently closed as part of the national effort to restrict the spread of Coronavirus and safeguard lives by preventing the over-loading of the NHS. We know that many of you had planned to be visiting us or this area, and whilst we thank you for staying away and respecting government guidelines we want to begin to look forward to when these restrictions can be lifted. We all need something to look forward to and maybe putting something 'in the diary' will help all of us feel a little more optimistic that there will be life on the other side...
Because there is as yet no certainty about when restrictions will be lifted we understand that committing to dates and paying deposits is difficult, so for the foreseeable future we are changing our policy as follows:
All bookings can now be made without paying any deposit. We are currently closed to all bookings till the end of May but this will be re-assessed and rolled forward until such time as the Welsh Government tells accommodation providers that they can once again reopen. In the meantime therefore all new bookings can be cancelled or moved without cost or risk, at any time. In the next few days we will be opening up the calendar for 2021 bookings, which again can be made for the time being without a deposit. Once the situation returns to normal we will re-instate our usual deposit policy and only at that stage will we ask for a deposit payment.
We all need something to look forward to so we hope that by giving you this opportunity to plan ahead with no risk or outlay you'll be able to think forward to a time when we can all once again enjoy the fresh sea air and those mountain breezes.
Like many businesses we face a very uncertain future. Whilst we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for respecting the government instruction to stay away at this time we, and all the other business in Barmouth that relay on your trade, look forward to welcoming you back just as soon as circumstances allow.
